Marvel’s Spider-Man Side Missons Walkthrough: Error: File Not Found
Spider-Man decides to get back the hard drives stolen by the thugs because they have the evidence which proves Wilson Fisk’s guilt
- Starting location: Hell’s Kitchen
- Available: Complete The One That Got Away Main Mission
- Rewards: 3,000 XP
After dealing with Mister Negative, head for the rooftop of the Hell’s Kitchen Police Department. There you’ll find a police officer who’s not happy about Spider-Man (of course J. Jonah Jameson has something to do with this). They think it was your fault that the trucks with those hard drives were intercepted.
Spider-Man promises to get the evidence back and starts tracking the hard drives’ RFID chips. Use your radar to find guarded by the Fisk’ men alley and the trucks with the evidence.
First, you need to defeat those who attack you. You don’t have to be stealth. But still, we recommend you to be sneaky since you have the element of surprise, and there are many shooters in the area.
You can start with beating the two snipers. The first one stands on a big red container in the center of the area. The second one is not near you, he stands on the scaffold. Both of them are out of everyone’s sight, so you can easily eliminate them without anyone noticing. Here you can also find three thugs standing near the black jeep.
Unlike these two thugs, the man on the scaffold can be neutralized quietly. Just use the trash bags and your web shooters. When one of the two thugs is distracted by the noise, zip the second one up. After that, you can easily destroy the first thug.
There is another man standing under the light pole at the other end of the alley. He has an electric baton. You can zip him up to a pole. There is another enemy near the truck. Wait until he walks behind the car, and use Web Attack to take him out.
If you’ve been following these recommendations and were quiet enough, now you have only two thugs left who are viewing the hard drives. Shoot them from the web shooter, and when they are far from each other, destroy them one by one.
When the fight is over, investigate the hard drives. You’ll see that they are not damaged, and it means that nobody got the evidence. Now you only have to return to the police officer and give him the disks, who will then report them missing. Once you’ve done it, you’ll be bombarded with rocket launchers from the roof.
Dodge away from the blasts (‘’circle’’ button) and move towards the shooters. The fastest way of taking the enemies out is to throw them off the roof. Focus on both of the men–one of them may carry out the rocket attack while you’re fighting with his assistant.
After defeating them, Spider-Man will spot two black SUVs full of Fisk’s men driving up to the police station. The thugs will be standing just near their trucks thus forming the small groups, so feel free to use a Web Bomb, Electric Web or Impact Web to destroy the enemies.
However, there will be many shooters amongst the thugs. We recommend you to start dodging away from the shots right after using your gadgets. If you’ve unlocked the Vengeance skill, you can use the Perfect Dodge and immediately take out the shooter. You can also take the arms right out of the enemies’ hands by using the Yank skill.
You still have enough thugs to fight with since one more car has appeared. Once you defeat all the men on the ground, the police officer will need your help on the roof. He is surrounded by the group of eight thugs. Some of them have guns and electric batons.
First, attack them with a Web Bomb. Then start a fight with the shooters so they wouldn’t prevent you from using the Air Launcher to take out the enemies who try to resist you. Another option is to use a Concussive Blast to throw the men off the rooftop.
After the fight, the police officer will have a different opinion on Spider-Man (as well as on Jameson) and will be endlessly thankful for your help, and you’ll get a well-deserved reward.
