Metro: Exodus Gamescom 2018 Trailer

4A Games presented a new Metro: Exodus trailer at this year’s Gamescom focusing on the atmosphere and the world of the game

The third entry in the Metro franchise, Metro Exodus, has received a new trailer at the Gamescom show. Compared to the previous trailer released at E3, this trailer focuses much more on atmosphere and of the environment the game takes place in.

Starting out during day in lush, beautiful environments, the trailer shows off the railway system as well as some peaceful wildlife strewn throughout. In stark contrast, nighttime is shown, with dangerous environments as well as much less peaceful creatures.

The open-ended environments transforms at night, with all of that serenity during the day being replaced by terror and unfamiliarity. With dolls and people strung up throughout the forest and irradiated bears and wolves on the prowl, Artyom will have to be even more cautious than during his previous journeys

The Aurora edition has been announced with the trailer, containing the expansion pass, an exclusive steelbook, a metal outer case, and an artbook. Metro Exodus releases next on next year on February 22nd.
